How to solve pimples problem? I get this question very often from teenagers all the time. So, is there a one-size-fits-all solution to pimple or acne problem?
Well, to be honest with you, each one of us have to solve pimple outbreak problem differently. Firstly it all depends on your skin-type and secondly the severity of your pimples.
I have many male friends who hardly had any pimples during their adolescent years. Probably a tiny zit popped up once in a while. Then I have female friends who suffered from mild to severe pimple outbreak, even till they became mothers. Do you know adults do have pimples?
Yes, it is true that pimple or acne can be hereditary. If your mother or father (or both) had pimple, then there is good possibility of you having pimples as well. In addition, if more family members developed pimples, then greater the chances of you developing those nasty painful pimples as well.
From what I know and read, if your family have a history of bad case of pimples, then your own pimples problem may be more difficult to treat.
Personally most of my family members did have pimples before. As expected I had them too during my teenage years.
