Having pimples on your body, especially on your back and shoulder are very common among both boys and girls. Some even have pimple outbreak on their neck, nape (back of the neck) and chest. And the causes are similar to your facial pimples. Your overactive hormones and your daily stress, all added to pimple outbreak. These body pimples are uncomfortable and painful as well.
Actually pimples can develop on any part of your body, even inside your nose, buttocks and your genital area as well. As long there are pores on the skin area and they are blocked by oil and dirt.
One obvious contributing factor of having back pimples is because it is difficult to reach the back area of your body to wash and exfoliate.

When you perspire, your clothes are soaked with sweat which is mixed with your oily sebum. The sweat-stained clothes keep in contact with your back. This will contaminate your back with bacteria bacteria clogging up the pores. Thus causing back pimples or acne.
So, wear light cotton fabric clothes to allow air to circulate; so that you sweat less. For those of you perspire profusely, then you should shower more often,
especially after sporting activities.
Besides washing, you should also exfoliate your back with loofah. This is to scrap off those dead skin which can clog pores.
After a good wash and scrub, you may like to apply some benzoyl peroxide cream onto your clean back.
Another important thing is wash your hair regularly. Those dead skin from your scalp gets to your nape and back. This causes pimple outbreak on your body.
